Protesters rally against Northern Pulp effluent pipe


If the intent of the #NoPipe Land and Sea Rally in Pictou Friday was to send a message to government and Northern Pulp that people will not tolerate a treated effluent pipe going into the Northumberland Strait than organizers have realized their goal.
